Not long after I got back from down South we received devastating news. Our niece Evie who was only 2 and 1/2 years old had died suddenly and tragically on the 10th of October. Evie had a chromosomal disorder however she was doing so well we all expected to have her around for many years to come. I was so happy that I had been able to spend time with her on my recent trip. Anu and I headed back down to Christchurch and on to Timaru where the funeral was held. It was a beautiful ceremony full of wonderful pictures and videos of Evie laughing and smiling. It was certainly the hardest day of my life so far.
At the moment I am struggling to think about my college work which is piling up let alone blog posts so my break from blogging will probably last a while.
